My natural approach to health uses evidence-based techniques for diet, lifestyle and detoxification. During the lifestyle assessment we will discuss your main health concerns and symptoms to identify the cause and develop a plan to eliminate them. We will also discuss important information such as health history, sleep patterns, energy levels, stressors, and lifestyle habits.

  • One 40 minute initial consultation in which we will go over lifestyle and eating habits and brief medical history in order to better understand a diet and lifestyle plan that will most benefit you.

  • One 5 day personalized meal plan that will support your main complaints along with additional handouts and supplementation guide.

4 Weeks - One-on-One Sessions

This package includes:

  • Initial 40 minute life style assessment

  • 3 coaching sessions designed to keep you on track and accountable

  • 4 weekly personalized meal plans that will support and address your main complaints

  • Handouts including recipes, food diaries, fact sheets, and supplementation guide

  • Unlimited access to text or email questions

6 Weeks - One-on-One Sessions

This package includes:
