Cookie Skillet
1 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup almond butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cashew or almond milk
Preheat the oven to 325F. Whisk the egg in a large bowl with the coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, and almond milk. Combine the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Lightly spray a cast iron skillet with coconut oil, pour the batter into the skillet and spread out evenly.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the oven onto broil and broil for 1-2 minutes watching carefully as it will burn fast.
