Grain-Free Cookie Dough
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup raw honey
3 tbsp. coconut oil. melted
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg, room temperature
Mix together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Set this bowl aside and in a separate bowl combine the honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and egg. Once combined mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Let the dough sit in the fridge for 20 minutes as it will firm up and become more manageable. Rolll the dough into ball and push flat on parchment paper (they will not rise much).
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
I added chocolate chips for the photo above but other good add ins are
dried cranberries
walnuts
cocoa
raisins
